Summary
The Hosokawa/Micron Pulsjet Collector KP is a bag filter, having intermittent and momentary pulsejet cleaning system energized by compressed air. The KP is compact in design, offering easy maintenance and better cost performance.
Principle
The Hosokawa/Micron Pulsjet Collector KP is the dry processing dust collector with pulse-jet filter cleaning system. The patent pending unique cleaning mechanism has enabled stable operation with only one single filter. Because of the special top removal design, the top cover can be swung open, and the filter can be easily replaced. Thanks to the swing mechanism, easy accessibility such as filter replacement, cleaning, inspection, and maintenance is realized. Depending on the intended use, three options; Bin-Vent type, Bin-Mount type, and Hopper type are available.

Compact design
Compared with conventional filter, KP is reduced 1/3-1/4 in height.
Easy access
The Hosokawa/Micron Pulsjet Collector KP has the only one single pleated filter. Due to the top removal design the filter can be replaced from the clean side. Because of the swing mechanism of the top cover, the filter can be easily accessed.
High Cost Performance
Offers better cost performance because of the single filter operation and the compact design.
Applications
The Hosokawa/Micron Pulsjet Collector KP can be installed on top of tanks or silos and used for air relief or pneumatic conveying of products. Compared with conventional dust collectors the KP has achieved compact design and easy access.
