Next year marks the company’s 100^th anniversary, but we must keep in leading position of powder process technology in the world and look ahead to the next 100 years as well. Achievements of our predecessors, in other words, traditional brand value, know-how, experience, expertise and product development capability accumulated by our predecessors, have to be handed over to the next generations and groom human resources over 100 years. Continuous efforts to foster younger generations lead to outstanding human assets. Succeeding the technology, preserving know-how, nurturing human resources and sharing proprietary technologies and skills with the next generation are linked to the reliability and satisfaction from the customer, and finally take our pride and confidence to our own with our centenarian history.
