Acquisition of Solids Solutions Group

Hosokawa Micron Corporation has taken over the Solids Solutions Group (SSG) through Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft of group company, with effect from January 2, 2020.

SSG is a provider for system engineering, products and sales i.e. pneumatic conveying, feeding and dosing systems based on material handling technology. SSG employs currently around 100 employees at two sites in Germany and two in Spain.

For this acquisition Alpine has installed a holding company “Hosokawa solids solutions GmbH”, in which the whole SSG business will be managed.

Hosokawa Micron Group which professes forming “the mountain rangeof powder technology” makes an effort for providing value-added technology and services to our customers by expanding powder technology and related material handling field.
