We have been pursuing how far we can go in the dry process, and have launched the high-performance classifier * CERASUS®. We are striving to improve productivity by increasing classifying efficiency in the area of fineness.

* Classification is the process of separating powder materials according to particle size. It is used to remove coarse powder from a raw material and reduce it to only powder of the desired size or less, or to improve the fluidity of powder by adjusting the particle size distribution.

HOSOKAWA GEN4 is a system that enables remote monitoring of equipment, plant status, and operating conditions in real time. We have two test centers in Japan, where customers with a variety of applications visit us every day to conduct tests on actual equipment. At our test centers, customers can experience first-hand what kind of technology and services HOSOKAWA GEN4 offers. We are also promoting the use of digital smart testing equipment to ensure efficient testing through rapid sharing of results.
