Principle

The Xerbis is provided with the dispersion zone with balls at its bottom section. The slurry is fed to this zone and is dispersed by ball media. The dispersed slurry forms a thin layer on the surfaces of the ball media. Hot air is induced to dispersion zone through bottom slit, and the material on the surface of the balls is dried. The dried thin layer is peeled off from the ball and is conveyed to a product collector by process air. Xerbis consists of dryer body, furnace, feeder, bag filter, and blower. Closed circuit drying system can be designed on request.
