In 2005, the Group established the Compliance Regulations and declared the Compliance Charter as its basic philosophy.
In addition to the distance learning program for informal job offers and compliance training for new employees, from FY2022 we are conducting e-learning compliance training for all directors and employees.
In order to assure compliance with our fair operating practices and the law, the Group implemented an internal reporting system for the purpose of preventing, early detection, and correction of organizational or individual violations of the law, ethical issues, violations of regulations, and other compliance-related issues through internal reporting. This initiative has strengthened the Group’s compliance management.
