We manage wastewater in compliance with effluent standards set forth by law.  The water used for washing machines after processing is a mixture of water and powder/granular materials, and we separate the water from the powder/granular materials at the water treatment facilities in our plants and recover the powder/granular materials.  When handling substances subject to wastewater regulations that cannot be recovered by dissolving in water, the washing water is collected on site and treated separately in an appropriate manner to reduce the environmental impact. In addition, we conduct regular water quality inspections and have not found any wastewater exceeding the standard values set by the local government.
